These will be 1 hour sessions booked in at your leisure. We will focus on whatever area you choose. After the sessions you will go away with worksheets specific to you to help you continue your journey.

Package 1- 4 sessions
This will be 4 1hour sessions that can be booked in whenever you like over a 1 month period. They will need to be booked in and paid for prior to attendance to secure your place.
4 sessions are a great way to gain clarity on some issues and be a great start to the happy positive you!
Once purchased you will have support in-between sessions through email and whatsapp during business hours.

Package 2- 6 Sessions
The 6 sessions will be 1hour sessions that can be booked in whenever you like over a 2 month period. They will need to be booked in and paid for prior attendance to secure your place.
6 sessions are a brilliant way to really dig deep and find out the issues you are facing and for you to come up with some really innovative and life-changing solutions/changes.

With this package we will be able to have deep conversations that will help transform your mindset and thought process helping tackle challenges from all walks of life.
Purchasing this package will also give you the knowledge and tools to have the confidence to tackle any previous issue when we are not around.

This will be 12 1 hour sessions that can be booked in whenever you like over an 3 month period. They will need to be booked in and paid for prior to attendance to secure your place.

Group Sessions
These sessions are were you can meet people going through the same feelings and thoughts as you and all help each other.
This will be a 1 hour session based on one specific technique or issue. Through the hour you can share or you can just listen. We will go through different worksheets, techniques and tools that relate to each topic.
These are a great session to meet people just like you and create a nice little support system. You will pick up great interesting techniques, and tools you can use while being supported and having some fun.
Price-£12 (Min of 5 people to go ahead)

With this deal you pay one fee for a month and you can email us with any issues or problems just like a life coaching session. We will respond with in 24-48hours with questions, worksheets, tools, and techniques to help.
Even if you just need someone who is qualified, friendly, non-judgemental and objective to speak to about some problems you are facing, this would be a great package to buy!
